Reservation   We require a 50% deposit on reservation and balance due no later than 2 weeks before arrival date. We accept payments in sterling and USA dollar, which can be made direct transfer to our bank account. We require an extra deposit (rate of one night) that it will return the last day. Minimum stay: 1 night in low and mid seasons Cleaning fee is included FEES DO NOT INCLUDE Tax: 10% in accommodation, and 16% in food and services Transportation  Personal expenses Any expenses not specified in the plan  Cancellation Policy A 15 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 20% Cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 15 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.   If you contact The Aranar by email, standard mail or through this website you agree to allow The Aranar to contact you in the future with promotional material regarding upcoming events and/or rates. The Aranar , in return, agrees not to use your name and information for any other purpose nor give it to anyone else.
